On March 12, 2020, the 3rd Lviv Export Forum was held and organized by the Lviv Chamber of Commerce and Industry together with the Lviv Regional State Administration; ZED Association was one of the information partners of the event.
The forum was attended by about 200 participants - representatives of business, government bodies, international organizations, experts in the field of foreign economic activity, etc.
During the event it were discussed opportunities and prospects for export support for Ukrainian enterprises; foreign experience of promotion to foreign markets; speeches of experts; company presentations.
Sergii Svystil the Chairman of the Board of ZED Association reported, outlining two main theses: “we organize reasonable export and cooperate with the chambers of commerce and state bodies to promote domestic exports”. He also noted: “Ukraine is a country with limited resources in terms of export support. Therefore, only reasonable export management approaches can help overcome all obstacles and difficulties while minimizing costs and risks. More than one and a half dozen approaches within the framework of reasonable export are in the arsenal of ZED Association”.
Olena Nedryhailo, the Director of the Trade House Nigeria-Ukraine, a representative of the Ukrainian CCI in Nigeria, also took a word at the forum.
She mentioned: “Nigeria is in the top 10 countries in the world of food consumption, it is a promising market for exports of food and processing products. Nigeria is interested in investing from Ukraine, establishing joint Ukrainian-Nigerian businesses, and interested in importing intellectual services such as agro-consulting”.
