On August 20, a regular open meeting of the Council for Foreign Economic Affairs at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry was held online.
The meeting was attended by President of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Gennady Chizhikov and First Vice President Mikhail Nepran, Deputy Director of the Department of the Ministry of Economy Anna Sayenko, Chairman of the UBTA Committee Dmitry Vasiliev, as well as Sergey Svystil - Chairman of the Foreign Economic Activity Council, Chairman of the Council of the Association of Exporters and Importers " ZED ".
Open meetings of the council always draw a large audience. At the meeting, these were members of the council and representatives of 20 regions of Ukraine. Topical issues of foreign economic activity are on the agenda - a warning about the recognition of force majeure in the event of the 3rd wave of the spread of coronavirus, effective tools to support the activities of trading houses abroad, new opportunities for authorized exporters and an analysis of the situation around the introduction by the EU countries of the carbon tax.
