On June 4 and 6, 2024, the Chairman of the Council of the Association “ZED”, Sergii Svystil, held workshops for members of the Volyn Chamber of Commerce and Industry on the topic: “Supply conditions of Incoterms 2020, aspects of concluding foreign economic activity contracts.”
The military situation in Ukraine and the associated consequences in the field of foreign economic activity require paying much more attention to the conditions for the supply of goods and the conclusion of contracts when exporting. The Association “ZED” constantly monitors best practices and provides recommendations on these issues.
